Wake Up to a Driveway That’s Already Clear
Driveway plowing, apron clearing, and walkway shoveling across Akron, Cuyahoga Falls, Stow, Green, and every neighborhood in between.
You Shouldn’t Have to Own a Plow to Get to Work
Northeast Ohio averages around 47 inches of snow a year, and it rarely arrives politely. A single overnight lake-effect band can drop 8 inches between your bedtime and your alarm.
We run residential routes overnight so your driveway is open before 6:00 AM on route days. That includes the part most people actually hate: the wall of packed snow the city plow leaves across the end of your driveway after you already cleared it.
- 2-inch standard trigger — adjustable up or down in your agreement
- Apron dug out after city plows pass, at no extra charge on contracts
- Walkway and front steps hand-cleared and salted on request
- Corner lots and long drives welcome — we price by the actual job
- Same driver, same route so nobody has to relearn your property mid-winter
A Residential Visit, Start to Finish
Here’s exactly what happens at your house on a service run.
-
1
Trigger Depth Hits
Once accumulation reaches your trigger — 2 inches by default — your address goes on the active route. No phone call needed.
-
2
Driveway Plowed
Full driveway cleared with the snow stacked where it won’t block your sight line pulling out or melt back across the surface.
-
3
Apron & Walks Cleared
The street-end apron is dug out and the walkway to your front door is hand-cleared. Ice-melt applied on request.
-
4
Re-Clear If the City Buries You
If a municipal plow re-packs your apron after we’ve gone, contract customers get a return trip at no additional charge.
Two Things That Save You Money
Sign before November 1
Pre-season pricing is lower, and residential routes through Akron, Cuyahoga Falls, Stow, and Green fill up first. Once a route is full, adding a driveway mid-winter usually means a later service window — if we can take it at all.
Stake your edges in October
Reflective markers along the driveway edge cost a few dollars and protect your lawn, sprinkler heads, and landscape lighting from a plow blade working in a 3 AM whiteout. We’ll tell you where to put them.
Three Ways to Pay for Snow Removal
Every property is priced on its own, but it always follows one of these three structures. Here’s how to pick.
Seasonal Contract
Flat rate for the entire winter
One price from the first flake in November to the last one in April. Unlimited pushes, priority dispatch, and a fixed line in your budget no matter how bad Northeast Ohio gets.
- Unlimited pushes all season
- First priority on the dispatch board
- Automatic service at your trigger depth
- Apron re-clears at no extra charge
- Locked-in pre-season rate
Per-Push
Per visit billed each time we service you
A set rate every time we plow. Good fit for properties that only need service during the bigger storms, or for a first winter before committing to a season.
- Pay only for storms you need
- Same crews, same equipment
- Salting available per application
- Serviced after contract routes
- No season-long commitment
Per-Inch Tiered
By depth tiered accumulation ranges
Billing scaled to what actually fell: 1-3 inches, 3-6 inches, 6-12 inches, and up. Common on larger commercial lots where a dusting and a foot are very different jobs.
- Cost matches the storm size
- Transparent tier schedule up front
- Preferred for large commercial lots
- Combines with salting contracts
- Documented depth readings per event
Pricing depends on driveway length or lot size, number of entrances, sidewalk footage, salting needs, and your trigger depth. Tell us about the property and we’ll put a written number in front of you — usually the same day.
Trusted Across Summit County
Property managers and homeowners who stopped worrying about the forecast.
We manage three retail plazas in Cuyahoga Falls and had been through two contractors in four years. G.O.A.T. mapped every lot before the season and we have not opened late once. The photo logs alone are worth the contract.
I am on a corner lot in Akron and the city plow used to wall me in every single storm. These guys come back and clear the apron without me having to call. Best money I spend all winter.
Our medical office cannot have ice in the lot, period. They pre-treat before the storm, salt again after, and check for refreeze overnight. Patients get in safely and our insurance carrier is happy.
